How do I request a delivery?

You can easily request dispatch by entering pick-up/drop-off locations and vehicle details on the LOGISPOT platform (PC/mobile).

Where can I check the delivery status?

You can check the delivery status from dispatch request to completion on the Dashboard (Situation Room) of the LOGISPOT platform (Client Portal).
Real-time updates allow you to view the entire process at a glance, including driver location tracking.
Automatic notifications are sent to the designated person upon loading and unloading, enabling convenient delivery monitoring.

Is same-day or next-day delivery available?

Yes. When requesting dispatch, you can directly specify the desired date and time, allowing for same-day delivery as well as flexible scheduling for specific time slots.
Urgent shipments can also be easily submitted and managed through the LOGISPOT platform.

Can I use the service without a contract?

Yes, LOGISPOT offers non-contract services that can be used immediately after signing up.
You can register easily via the “Start Now” menu at the top of the homepage or by visiting the URL below:

  • · After signing up, simply enter pickup/drop-off locations and select a vehicle to place your transport request.
  • · Quotation : Non-contract usage is based on open pricing (variable rates).
  • · Payment : Prepaid/postpaid and card payments (per shipment or monthly billing) are supported.

To use the mobile app : Search “LOGISPOT” in the Play Store or App Store and download “LOGISPOT for Shippers.”


What payment methods are available?

LOGISPOT offers a variety of payment options.

  • · Non-contract customers : Prepaid/postpaid and card payment only (per shipment or monthly billing)
  • · Contract customers : Prepaid/postpaid, card payment, and tax invoice issuance

Monthly billed card payments refer to paying the total monthly usage by card at the end of the month.


What’s the difference between contract and non-contract customers?

Non-contract customers can use the service immediately after signing up. Only prepaid/postpaid and card payments are available, and pricing is based on open rates (variable).
Contract customers have a formal logistics agreement with LOGISPOT, and fixed rates are provided throughout the contract period.

Can I check transport rates in advance?

Yes, click the “Fare Inquiry” button at the top of the homepage to access the LOGISPOT rate estimation page. You can easily check estimated transport fees without logging in.

Do you support express courier and small parcel delivery?

Yes, LOGISPOT provides fast and reliable courier services for documents, small parcels, samples, and more — available nationwide.

Do you offer 3PL services?

Can contracted vehicles be managed on the LOGISPOT platform?

This solution enables full digital management of the transportation process—including dispatch planning, real-time location tracking, temperature control, delivery completion notifications, and electronic proof of delivery (ePOD).

What is the LOGISPOT Control Tower?

How does LOGISPOT handle delivery delays or cargo issues?

Claims can be submitted via phone or email, and customers will receive direct updates from their assigned representative throughout the process.

Where can I get support for billing or settlement inquiries?

You can view and download transaction statements and tax invoices directly from the Billing page on the LOGISPOT platform.
For further assistance, please contact your account manager.

Is compensation available for lost or damaged shipments during delivery?

For insured shipments, compensation is available in accordance with the terms of your service agreement.
Your account manager will guide you through the claims process as needed.

How can I request a transportation quote?

You can click the “Contact Sales” button at the top of the website and submit your basic information and inquiry. An account manager will get in touch with you directly.
You can also click the “Rate Inquiry” button to access LOGISPOT’s freight estimate tool, where you can check estimated rates without logging in.

What are LOGISPOT’s customer service hours?

Our customer service team is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
