Document Screening

We review your qualifications, resume, and cover letter to evaluate your overall suitability.


First Interview

A practical interview with the team to assess your job-related competencies.


Second Interview

An in-depth interview with leadership to evaluate cultural fit, potential, and overall capabilities.


Final Offer

If successful, you will proceed to final discussions regarding compensation and join the company upon agreement.

Important Notes

This is LOGISPOT’s standard hiring process, and it may be adjusted depending on the position.

  • For technical roles such as design and development, additional assessments may be required.
    (e.g., coding tests, pre-assignments, or extra interviews)
  • If any false information is found in your application, the offer may be withdrawn—even after acceptance.
  • All full-time employees will undergo a 3-month probation period upon joining.
